Financial management is an important part of operating management depending on corporate financial information management system; by catalyzing capital movement and financial relationship involved in capital movement, financial management comprehensively reflect and control the process of all major business and management for financial projections and decision-making, giving full play to planning and management, adjusting timely for the emerging situation and problems to facilitate enterprises to improve their business.This thesis focused on analysis, design, implementation and testing process of the integrated enterprise financial management information system based on J2 EE and SQL Server mode, describing how to use software development technology.First it introduced research background of this subject, financial informatization status, purpose, meaning and main research content;, by analyzing the developing status of system and introduces the architecture of the system and explains the key techniques used in detail. Based on the analysis of f management system requirement, the system structure, flow and application was provided. Emphasis is made on the logic design of information system. The main modules of the system:(1) documents management module(2) financial statements module(3) financial setting module(4) the specific design process based parameter module is discussed in detail. And then expatiate on the implementation of financial management system, the specific function of each module interface and interface are described in detail, interface, financial statements module includes a document management module interface set interface, basic parameters, the financial module of the interface and code. Finally is to test the financial management system, the test includes two aspects, which are the functional testing and performance of the test, in function test, through the preparation of specific cases, system input, then the expected output and the actual output compared; in the performance test, operation by simulating a large number of users at the same time. The scene to test information system pressure to bear, and the test data was analyzed.
