In recent years, supply chain finance has become one of the interbank’s mos t focus areas, driven by the national related policy support and market background. Supply chain finance as the bank’s core business strategy, can effectively help the i ntegration of the supply chain business network, master the core of supply chain m anufacturers and upstream and downstream enterprises operation information. Com mercial bank’s existing systems are not able to manage the whole process of the supply chain. Most newly developed supply chain finance products require a co mplex operation of multiple systems, and some even need manual processing to complete the business, which greatly reduces the bank’s efficiency and customer experience. The development of integrated business system which can manage suppl y chain members, trade process, capital management has become the urgent dema nd of commercial bank business department.In this paper, combined with the practical problems encountered in the proces s of supply chain financial platform construction, the author conducts the researc h to the platform of supply chain financing. Developed and designed from the busi ness process, technology architecture, processing technology and other aspects of th e supply chain finance platform, we realized the supply chain finance platform syst em. The platform adopts MVC(Model, View, Controller) structure, built at the botto m of the system by Struts2+Spring3+Hibernate3. Business processing layer and fron t web layer is using the technique of internal communication of RMI and using Ec lipse as a development tool. Oracle11 g as database. Dynamic configuration and dy namic configuration and system rule introduces Drools rule engine JBPM4.4 workfl ow engine and the implementationof JBOSS workflow, database server adopts IBM server, application server is mounted under the environment of Linux Web Sphere 8.5.In this paper, the research platform not only provides the core business and downstream corporate finance services, also provides debt collection, reconciliati on, payment settlement and other financial services and business process-related t ransactions, and provides accounts receivable management as the core business, p ay settlement, fund management companies and other financial services. The platform covers prepaid, inventory, accounts receivable and other typical class financi al products in the business process, and support a whole process of management across the entire business.supply chain platform in this paper is tested that it ca n effectively comb within business processes, improve work efficiency, control the business risk and realized the functions expected.
