With the development of society, the application requirement based on indoor location information emerge in endlessly, large supermarket navigation, tunnel safety monitoring, logistics tracking, and other fields, all need accurate location information. The traditional positioning technology like infrared, ultrasonic, zigbee, etc. due to its own technical defects and system cost, which are not on a large scale applications. RFID technology(Radio Frequency Identification) as a non-contact, non-line of sight, low-cost and high-speed wireless identification information technology, makes up for the shortcomings of traditional technologies, and is currently a hot research indoor positioning technology.At present, the main basis of the indoor positioning algorithm based on RFID is the RSSI come from the reader; the typical representative is the algorithms based on LNADMARC system. On the basis of LANDMARC system, combined with the particularity of the indoor environment, this thesis done further research to the indoor positioning algorithm based on RFID, the main contents are as follows:1 、 Through the comparison and analysis of the existing indoor positioning algorithm based on RFID, this thesis put forward two kinds of indoor positioning algorithm based on fingerprint database. By further excavated fingerprint database data correlation information, combined with K neighbor algorithm, thesis put forward the improved K neighbor indoor location algorithm. By using multiple sets, BP neural network model, and Taylor series theory, this thesis put forward a new indoor positioning algorithm, which has high availability, and suitable for large indoor environments. This thesis described in detail the algorithm principle, the basic steps, and made the simulation analysis of two algorithms. Finally, combining the characteristics of the indoor environment, this thesis put forward two kinds of error correction mechanism.2、Based on the new algorithm proposed in the thesis, this thesis designed and implemented an indoor positioning system based on RFID. The system includes information collection, information storage, information processing and information display module, through the UI interface can monitor the position of the pending an entity in real-time. Also, the core algorithm module of system implemented through the reflection mechanism and the oriented programming interface technology, have good extensibility, and supports secondary development and dynamic loads. Finally, this thesis build an experimental platform, the system is deployed in the real environment to test analysis.Tests show the positioning precision of the improved indoor positioning system has obvious increase than the traditional system, basic error can be controlled within 1 m at 36% probability, within 2m at 78% probability, has certain advantage.
