At present, the computer technology and the network technology rapid development, promote information in various industries, the same is true for mobile learning information, combining modern learning information management, according to the needs of mobile learning, mobile learning system based on Android, improve learning efficiency.Mobile learning system and realize the Android development technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database design technology. In this process, first of all is the mobile learning system needs analysis, including the analysis of the functional requirements of the system performance analysis, demand analysis and data process, then the system design, adopt three layer structure mode for Android, then the system function modules, the system can be divided into three main the module includes several modules, in the database design to take the third paradigm design concept model and data table.
