With the rapid development of information technology and Internet, people’s requirements of remote education quality also gradually increase. The image transmission in distance education is limited by a variety of conditions and random disturbance in which contains a lot of noises. The noise can get in the way of people’s understanding of the image and reduce visual effect and teaching quality. Image de-noising method can solve this problem and improve the performance of image retrieval technology effectively and continuously improve the ability to filter out noise. In the aspect of image detail keeping, it also has very good subjective effect, brings to the learners a good visual effect. It has the vital significance for ensuring the teaching quality of distance education and improving the teaching effect of distance education.Under the comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the traditional image retrieval de-noising method, this paper proposes a median filtering algorithm based on switch improved to realize the image noise filtering in time. By the method of inter-partition collecting completes the arrangement analysis of pixels in different scope of window. The operational pixel value can be updated by using the pixel mean value of the middle area. Based on the incidence relation of the data points in the window, it can correct the damage data timely and ensure the integrity of the image.The experimental results of the test set show that the method improves the image retrieval performance of the algorithm. It comprehensively analyzes the structure performance, algorithm process and node structure of image retrieval system based on the algorithm of switch improved median filtering.Based on the structure of image retrieval system with improved switching median filtering, and the level, function and operation process of the system is comprehensive analyzed. And then, the comparative analysis method for the key features of image according to the consistency is put forward. The image representational structure is comprehensively analyzed based on the consistency of key features, Forward- Opposite routing algorithm and the key features of the image.Through the computer programming language and the set of code requirements, the planning image retrieval system in this paper is tested. The results show that the proposed algorithm for image retrieval system planning can keep the running state of system more stable and realize the demands of retrieval. Compared with the traditional retrieval system, it has better effect of image retrieval.
