ZigBee wireless sensor network is currently one of the most popular research areas,which integrates sensor technology, wireless communication technology, information processing technology, embedded technology and other disciplines. It can achieve real time monitoring, perceive and control monitoring objects. With the development of Mobile Ad Hoc Network, the traditional information transmission cannot satisfy the various practical applications any more. Due to the increasement of the transmission demand of Mobile Ad Hoc Network for audio, video and other multimedia business data, it has become a hot research topic recently.Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant technology of mobile ad hoc network, and analyzes the characteristics of the audio data flow of the wireless network,and then proposes the key problems and challenges in mobile ad hoc network voice transmission.Secondly, this paper puts forward the detail hardware design scheme of wireless voice communication node. The design of the hardware of voice node consists of RF module, processor module, voice processing module and the Coprocessor module. It also proposes the detailed circuit design and driver design, provides a reliable hardware platform for Subsequent routing protocol testing.With the analysis of the key factors that affect the quality of audio network, this paper proposes a voice communication routing protocol based on the analytic hierarchy process AHP-RP(analytic hierarchy process routing protocol),which is on the basis of the existing on-demand routing protocols AODV. It introduces a ahp evaluation model, analyzes the path link quality, audio load value, survival time of path and path length and other factors on the quality of the audio, builds networks of four factors as the factor comparison matrix, calculates weight for the comprehensive performance of each path, then selects the most optimal voice transmission path.Finally, the performance testing of the design of wireless voice communication node has been carried on, including the communication distance and RSSI values, transmission power and the maximum communication distance. In this paper, the results of simulation analysis is presented by making use of the NS2 network simulation environment for AHP- RP protocol simulation. In addition,the effect of the voice communication was tested both in indoors and outdoors,the performance was good,the feasibility of AHP-RP routing protocol has been verified in the practical application.
