Along with the development of information technology network, people feel more and more significant change it brings to life: network resources sharing, fast exchanging information, equal chance to use resources. However, network information also brings potential risks to the national economic development, national security, social stability and national defense safety, especially in those sectors of finance, telecommunications and military defense, which already have enjoyed a high level of informationization.The thesis discussed a network intrusion detection model based on artificial immune working system, suggested to improve the traditional network security by dynamic colonal selection algorithm. and analyzed the disadvantages of current network intrusion detection system, which has too large, static and no-change autologous set, too low RCMF matching rules efficiency, too many flaws and too slow in normal data detection speed, etc. With a detector based on constraint arbitrary, interval matching rules and segmentation algorithm combined with auto logous mode, the thesis put forward a detection mode, which accelerated the speed of normal data collection, and realized the dynamic change of auto logous, and finally received a better detection effect, achieved the expected purpose as well. The thesis introduced the principle of the whole model, and also analyzed some auto logous model tests module, memory antibody test module, mature antibody test module, dynamic auto logous sets, immature antibody auto logous tolerance module, segmentation algorithm and antibody lifecycle mechanism.The thesis also analyzed from the aspect of biological immune intrusion detection system, to ensure the protetion system can recognize the illegal behavior from its self legal behavior. Biological immune system works mainly by external virus intrusion intervene, thus protecting biological safety. If organisms can resist the pathogen by producing a kind of own protection ability, i.e. immune ability, when the invasion happens again, the organism can defense effectively.
