With the rapid economic development and social progress, the specific tasks and the overall situation in tax work have undergone tremendous changes. Management of the invoice as an important part of tax work, is also facing more complex work environment, often an invoice start to relate to participation in the information department, management, Integrated Branch, Division levied, invoices and many other departments, in this case, the traditional tax invoice management has been difficult to adapt to the requirements. In today’s rapid development of computer technology, the use of information technology to transform invoice management system with automated becomes very great significance, scientific and reasonable invoice management system can greatly improve efficiency, reduce error rates and the impact of human factors generated in order to promote the healthy development of benign overall tax work.This topic is on the basis of a careful analysis of the current tax invoice management system, based on the development and design of a related subsystems. In the course of writing this article is mainly made in the following aspects:1.On the background and status of research topics are introduced, and the related core technologies are explained;2.On the basis of the needs analysis conducted on the overall design and detailed design, based on the design of the system overview is designed invoices online purchase, apply user-generated invoice, invoice audit old, invoice verification query module. In the design process employs the use of the more common three-tier J2 EE architecture, using XML technology, component technology, and related database page optimization techniques to analyze the design of the system architecture, such as the use of examples and logical views with other methods;3.Finally, the system was tested and draw relevant conclusions, run and test results show that the basic design to achieve the desired goals.
