The Design And Research Of Diabetes Network Management Platform

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the prevalence of diabetes shows explosive growth, more and more people suffer from diabetes problems.Diabetes is a lifelong chronic disease, and so far there is no cure. So diabetics need to have long-term treatment and management, which makes the limited medical resources are facing a severe challenge. How to rationally and effectively manage diabetes has become the focus of current research.This paper mainly focuses on the needs of diabetes management based on designing and developing diabetes network management system, which makes diabetics at home are still able to communicate with doctors. Furthermore, in order to provide diabetics with multiple channel references when they acquire diabetes information, we deeply analyze the retrieval effect of diabetes information in Chinese search engine. The main work is as following:Firstly, design and implementation of diabetes network management system. The system uses B/S network architecture model, and mainly bases on WEB technology. In the development process, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Ajax, ADODB, Highcharts, CSS,HTML and Smarty template technologies are used. Following is the main function of the system: diabetics register online, input related personal information, and input the self-testing blood glucose into the system in anytime or anywhere. Then the system can automatically feedback the recent or long-term state of disease to the relevant doctors,and through the system doctors can be timely intervene the disease by giving the efficacy assessment and individualized treatment recommendations. In addition, there is a doctor-patient interaction function, which lets doctors and patients can timely communicate with each other.Secondly, analysis of the retrieval effect of diabetes information in Chinese search engine. The main analysis is from three levels: firstly, select four kinds of Chinese general search engines(Chinese Google, Baidu, Sogou, Yahoo China), and four subjects participate in grading the search results, then analyze the retrieval effect of diabetes information from the depth, repeatability, precision and correlation by standing in user’s perspective. The results show that the better retrieval effects are Google and Baidu search engines. Secondly, select four kinds of Chinese medical search engine, and fivesubjects participate in grading the search results, then analyze the retrieval effect of diabetes information from the repeatability, precision and correlation by standing in user’s perspective. The results show that the better retrieval effect is 99 health network.At last, select four kinds of Chinese medical search engines and four kinds of Chinese general search engines, and five subjects participate in grading the search results,then the retrieval effects of diabetes information are analyzed from the repeatability,precision and correlation by standing in user’s perspective. The results show that the better retrieval effect is Chinese general search engine.
