The aim of this paper is the development of environment displacing marketing strategy, The marketing strategy is that “ the production focus and aiming at selling” is in place of “ the customer focus and aiming at service. In the fierce competition, if the enterprises establish themselves in an unassailable position they have to grasp the client requirement, the relationship with the strengthen client, effective search and the resource of customer management, the companies could obtain the advantage of competition in the marketing. The core of competition is enterprises’ competition is business, suppliers and distributors and customers putting together. In order to remain invincible in the increasingly fierce market competition situation, Chengdu, Chinatelecom campus marketing company(hereinafter referred to as the campus marketing) to develop a set of customer relationship management system(Customer Relationship Management: CRM) has become an inevitable trend.Firstly, the research background, the research significance of CRM as a summary of technical scheme is introduced; then this paper uses, and the present situation of domestic and foreign CRM are discussed; at the end of the campus marketing department of CRM needs analysis, and carries on the feasibility analysis, and then the CRM system design, development, testing etc., according to proposed the question, analysis question, the steps to solve the problem, based on a large number of theoretical works reading, analysis, on the existing system and the existing user data and demands were collected to determine the direction of this paper, the object oriented design system for campus marketing management and sales staff, the whole system of from the simple, friendly interface, flexible use, safety requirements, using UML as the development language, ASP.NET as a development tool, SQLServer2005 as the background database platform, B/S three layer model of the customer relationship management system based on. Through the system requirements analysis, design, optimization, testing methods, to achieve the use of the database to store large amounts of data information management. Design and complete the classification, the data inquiry and statistics, as much as possible friendly interface. Campus marketing CRM system will greatly improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty, efficiency, identify customer value, so as to improve the enterprise profit. The system will give the campus marketing information construction the far-reaching and meaningful.
