On December 4, 2013, the ministry of industry and information technology issued 4G licences to three carriers, marked the arrival of the era of the TD-LTE. In R9 and R10, 3GPP defined broadcast multicast standards of LTE, these standards laid the groundwork for LTE broadcast multicast service. In the advantage of scheduling command, confidentiality, etc, makes the trunking communication play an important role in real life. Trunking communication mode is similar to the multicast, The combination of LTE and trunking communication is a hot spot. Based on the national major projects subject " Based on TD-LTE public business trunking system verification research and development", focuses on LTE trunking handover process and algorithm of mobility management.This paper studies the key technologies of LTE trunking communication systems, a summary of existing LTE handover algorithm are classified, and handover algorithm of trunking communication system is studied. Compared the similarities and differences of LTE handover algorithm with trunking communication system handover algorithm; Compared the LTE trunking communication system switch algorithm with the traditional trunking communication systeming algorithm.LTE handover process is complicated, which can be roughly divided into handover search, handover judgment and handover execution. The Characteristics of LTE trunking communication’s features determines the traditional LTE handover algorithm will not be very applicable.Based on the research of LTE trunking communication system handover process,this paper designs three algorithms, based on user’s leave way search algorithm; LTE trunking communication system handover algorithm; LTE trunking user transmission mode optimization algorithm.Search algorithm is base on studying the disadvantages of TTT uses a experience value, this algorithm will classify user into different level of class, and then adaptive adjust TTT. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm,this paper sets up a Manhattan network scenarios. Finally this paper also analyzed the communication characteristics of LTE trunking, expounds the scope of the search algorithm.LTE switch trunking algorithm is base on studying of the characteristics of the LTE trunking and user characteristics, this algorithm considers the signal strength, the types of base station load, base station and user types. each network factor was determined by the AHP algorithm. In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, this paper set up a single frequency network simulation scenarios, compared with traditional algorithm, the various performance of the algorithm is verified.LTE trunking users transmission mode optimization algorithm is base on the relationship PTP and SFN frequency spectrum with numbers of users, this algorithm slam resource optimization of the whole system, and only consider the frequency resource optimization of target base station. This paper set up three network scenarios to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm respectively.
