The Design And Implementation Of University Workload Statistics Systetm Based On ASP.NET

With the rapid development of modern information technology, the country’s modernizing, the development of education is continuously going on, and schools have been expanding and the number of teachers increased rapidly, so the information of teachers also rise dramatically. Facing to an enormous amount of information,there is a urgent need to have a corresponding management system to improve the efficiency of teacher management. To adopt such a system can regulate the information management,gathering statistics scientifically and searching fast, and also it can reduce the work and cost.In this article, developed with ASP.NET framework as the basis for the statistical system to solve practical problems of university management, enabling the school to work more information transparently and automatically regulate and improve the teaching level, improving the effectiveness of the work.In this system we apply object orientated programming method as design principle, using C# programming language and SQL Server database management system to implement the system. Being simple, user-friendly,practical and managing data safely,this design has achieved the basic requirements. In database design, we use concept design, logic design.System security is guaranteed by checking function module and safety design in the system. The information in the basic information management, teacher’s workload can be added,modified,deleted by teacher,educational administration,personnel matters and so on. And to help school staffs to work more effectively.In the stage of system analysis, we define the requirement of users, the objective of teacher workload statistics management system, and the function structure of the system, and we also perform feasibility study on the system. We analyze the management system by DFD and DD, and set the logistic model of the system. In designing stage, we design the module and database of the management system to build the physical model of the system. In the stage system implementing, we establish the database and write the computer programs to complete the teacher workload statistics management system. In the last stage, we use and maintain the system.
