NFC is a short-range high frequency communications technology rising in r ecent years, its development has spread to all areas of our lives. NFC technolo gy has quickly gained the favor of the manufacturers for its high security, highreliability, and a wide range of advantages compared to Bluetooth, infrared oth er communication technologies. In the near future, NFC function will be added t odigital television, smart phones, headsets, watches, pedometers, the car, especial ly in the smart phone. And which is expected, to the year of 2017, eighty perce nt of the world’s smartphones will embed with NFC capabilities. The establishm ent of the NFC ecological environment need to provide a good software supportin addition to NFC phone hardware support, the NFC contentmanagement platf orm which this thesis proposed will be able to provide universal NFC tag mana gement capabilities. As an information display platform the service provider provides for the cu stomer, NFC tags need to constantly update its contents, to cater a variety of c onsumer needs. This article starts from the NFC tag content management’s need s, and then handles unified modeling for the platform, and then using J2 EE tec hnology in the process of implementation, in which a variety of key issues hav e been studied, at first the tag templates was studied, the actual content of scen e was abstract to the tag format in xml style, and then from a security point o f view, the current NFC tag security threats was analyzed, and then data compr ession and symmetric encryption principles was studied, and then ZIP compressi on based algorithm and AES based data encryption algorithm were selected. Fin ally, for the integrity and legitimacy of the information, the model of PKI-baseddigital certificate authentication model was studied, and based on the authentica tion framework and X.509 certificates, the digital signaturesand certification syst ems of NFC tag content editor was achieved.
