Traditional data analysis and visualization method is two relatively independent disciplines. The goal of the data analysis is to extract the information of interest through the massive original data by the corresponding algorithm such as data mining. Data visualization methods are studied just as a display method. In recent years, researchers have put forward the data processing method based on visual analysis. Its basic idea is combining data analysis method with human-computer interaction and visualization technology. On the basic of data visualization, researchers proposed data analysis method based on visualization human-computer interaction, using human-computer interaction to monitor the data analysis, which improved the effectiveness and efficiency of data analysis method.In this thesis, we research visual analysis problems on multidimensional data analysis method combined with multiple attribute fusion volume rendering visualization method. Its basic idea is using multidimensional data analysis method and human-computer interaction to get characteristic parameters for the target. Then, we use the parameters to guide the setting of the fusion parameter. Main contributions are as follows:(1) implementation of the visualization method of the seismic attribute fusion volume rendering. Because of the characters of seismic data such as low signal to noise ratio and the lack of obvious boundary geological target, multiple attribute fusion can highlight the characteristics of the geological target. Traditional multi-attribute fusion reconstructs data from original data according to the fusion parameter first. And then, the data is visualized. The basic idea of fusion volume rendering is to fuse data during rendering, and the fusion parameter can be adjusted dynamically. In this method, the processing efficiency of multi-attribute fusion is improved.(2) proposed a visual analysis method of multi-attribute seismic data based on parallel coordinates plot. Parallel coordinates plot is an effective method for multi-attribute data. Combined with multi-attribute fusion volume rendering method, we proposed the visual analysis method of multi-attribute seismic data based on parallel coordinates plot. In multidimensional data parallel coordinate mapping stage, through the human-computer interaction, analyzing the characteristic of the geological target extraction and fusion parameters, and guide the multi-attribute fusion volume rendering visualization. Through the simulation analysis, this method effectively improves the fusion parameter selection problem in fusion volume rendering and the efficiency of the analysis of geological target.(3) proposed a visual analysis method of multi-attribute seismic data based on scatter plot matric. The basic idea of the scatter plot matric is the combination of multi-dimensional data each other to form the multiple 2D graphics associated. It’s an effective method for the associated analysis of multi-dimensional data. Combined with multi-attribute fusion volume rendering method, we proposed the visual analysis method of multi-attribute seismic data based on scatter plot matric. Its basic idea is to extract the character parameter of the target through the analysis of the associated information of the multi-dimensional data. And then, guide the settings of the fusion parameter of the multi-attribute fusion volume rendering. Through the simulation analysis, the method can solve the problem of the parameter setting effectively.(4) design and implementation of the overall structure of the multi-dimensional visualization analysis software system, and design, development, maintenance the underlying seismic data drawing module completely to provide a stable fast data access interface for the upper application.
