China's mobile phone market has taken shape, nearly 400 million mobile phone users. As well as China's third generation mobile communications (3G) era is approaching, China's mobile value-added services market will certainly herald the peak. Because of the convenient and efficient operation of the fully electronic booking experience and management features, mobile ticketing in a global context has carried out a wide range of applications. However, in the domestic, mobile ticketing has just begun, as a new type of industry, it contains enormous business opportunities.Currently in China, booking ticket is a vexing issue. And mobile ticketing system is a well combination of the using of mobile, booking system based on mobile networks, and two-dimensional bar code technologies. Mobile ticketing users can obtain a more efficient and safe experience. Mobile ticketing is a new way to effectively solve the problem of ticket distribution, to reduce the cost of the current paper-based tickets, to facilitate ticketing business statistics, analysis and management, and to effectively resolve the problem of fake tickets. The ticketing businesses expand sales channels. Mobile operators and banks can obtain added-value for profits. It can be predicted that, in the future, mobile ticketing will replace traditional paper tickets, when the 3G networks become mainstream in China.The purpose of this paper is to fully study the key technology and application of mobile ticketing, research the mobile ticketing business model, make the analysis of the industrial chain and value chain, and propose an applicable mobile ticketing system analysis and design methods, thus provide a reference for added-value mobile commerce.The paper is about the design of a framework of the third-party integrated mobile ticketing system. The mobile ticketing system is divided into two parts: a third-party mobile ticketing platform and a ticket examining system, associated with other external systems, such as messaging platform, mobile payment platform, online payment platform and businesses ticketing system, jointly complete the entire process of ticket buying and using. Designed the framework of the third party mobile ticketing platform. The specific design of the platform and ticketing systems modules, functions, business models, business processes and data process is given. Finally, the key point of implementation of the system is given.
