the e-commerce of Information age has developed quickly, although it has made great achievements in the field of business, but the electronic commerce has great potential in applications, the school is an important area using the electronic commerce. School is a area which is large, large number of second-hand goods trading, small single transaction amount, transaction platform shortage; at present,Using second-hand goods trading platform is not popular and there is a large degree of development is relatively incomplete in the school. the school staff(subject students) exchange secondhand goods or sell is still relying on the traditional trading patterns, second-hand goods trading activities on a regular basis.The traditional trading patterns exist item classification is not obvious, shopping time limit, items to sell or purchase information is insufficient, commodities trading floor restricted such deficiencies. In order to solve the current campus second-hand goods trading is not convenient and not in time, for the school staff’s life at the same time.this paper decided to design a set of online trading systems.Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional campus second-hand information release mode of communication, JSP/J2 EE technology, the Java programming language and SQL Server 2000 database were used in this system which is transaction platform software for campus second-hand transaction based on the Internet.The B/S development model was used in the system which run based on the Internet.The server only need to install this system,which replacing the traditional mode of C/S complex installation, configuration and so on,and as long as the client users can access, they can be very convenient to visit the server by the browser and browse and release second-hand transaction information.By using of object-oriented programming language by Java, the system also has a Java language and platform independent, high safety, high stability, multi-threading and other features, and support the Java network programming language. The system is very high useful because of all these features.The features of Web service allow the user to use the preset application logic unit is obtained from the Internet application in order to assemble, each business function program enables programmers to write will only add a reference for new applications, while the past has written all function program good can be found and used at run time. System development is mainly divided into three parts, the use of JavaBeans processing business logic, JSP+HTML+JavaScript interface, and the configuration of the Servlet, and through the JDBC-ODBC Bridge with access to the SQL Server 2000 database.System test shows that,the campus second-hand transaction platform developed in this thesis met the design requirment and was consistent with the design goal fully.
