Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) is a blend of communication technology, sensor technology and computer technology, it is often used to perceive the external environment information, realize the information collection, processing and transmission of the data, and complete the monitoring of the environment; Radio frequency identification(RFID) is a kind of extremely fast and efficient automatic identification and information collection technology. From the perspective of communication development, a communication system consists of RFID or WSN, each has its shortcomings, limit the scope of its application field. Therefore, the integration of RFID and WSN has the opportunity.In this paper, based on this opportunity, under the background of actual application, compared the advantages and disadvantages of different fusion architecture based on the system demand, and ultimately determine the node fusion architecture for fusion RFID WSN read write device node. In this architecture design, in view of WSN and RFID standards have many different applications in practice, combined with the actual situation analysis to identify the specific application of standards in design. Every part of the system is designed, on this basis, the overall framework of the system is described.Software design and implementation of nodes requires a certain hardware platform and software environment, based on this relevant contents, completed the terminal node includes temperature and humidity data acquisition program, design of reader control and data fusion, the sink node design and implementation of PC program includes the design and implementation of database. At the same time, through the node test verifies node design reliability, by testing the system verifies the stability of the whole application system.The fusion node application based on the WSN network, node deployment is the pre-condition of its work in the real-world application. With the continuous expansion of the network, the node deployment to the influence of the network is more and more important, coverage, connectivity and cost become the main indicators of the deployment effect. From the standpoint of coverage and cost, this paper proposed a node deployment optimization algorithm, and with the commonly used hexagonal prism grid deployment algorithm for the simulation contrast, certificate upon completion of full coverage of the target area, this algorithm can reduce the cost and use fewer nodes. The actual project deployment phase is according to the regular tetrahedron algorithm for node deployment optimization, from the operation of the whole application system to verify the superiority of the algorithm.
