Enterpriseinformation technology is a process of gradual improvement, with the development of technology development and changes in the application environment, enterprise information technology inevitably faced with the problem of reconstruction. With the development of Internet technology and the rapid popularization of mobile intelligent terminal, the mobilize ofapplication is a problem of all business and personal needs to face.Transit bus intelligent scheduling system is the core system of public transit enterprise, it achieved rapid development at home and abroad over the past ten years, greatly improved work efficiency for enterprises to create a good economic benefits. While traditional intelligent scheduling systems are built with Global Positioning System, mobile communication technology, short-range communication technology and geographic information systems technology. But, It is still fixed in a fixed office space. Since the primary user of intelligent scheduling systems (including dispatchers, driver and conductor, and line managers) content of the work has great mobility, so the demand for mobile office is also more significant. Rapidly in recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile networks has been more perfect, and with the intelligent mobile terminals (phones and tablets), especially based on open source mobile platform Android operating system for mobile terminals development, mobile platforms has also been rapidly gaining popularity, so mobility of bus intelligent scheduling system will have a promotion and application possibilities.This article conducted extensive and in-depth research on the key technology of Mobilize of application, focusing on the third generation mobile communication technology, mobile platform Android, Web services, binary serialization, and so on. This article presented a complete system architecture and technical architecture, designed the three-tier architecture based on mobile application service which designed to support Web services and Protocol Buffer. Mobile application service interface, meet the mobile scheduling application to large amounts of data and communication timeliness requirements, and also meets the mobile office applications for the interface easy and scalability requirements.Demand for custom personalized of mobile applications, this paper studies the automatic generation of user interface based on JAVA and XML technology. Design The interface description file, event handling logic classes and Interface Builder to achieve the automatic generation of the user interface, which greatly improves the interface programming efficiency so that developers can spend more time on business implementation.
