As the rapid growth of demand for products of plastic hose in the market, while the appearance of hoses are increasingly more requirements by customers, a large number of wide varieties of plastic hoses are in the market and more and more enterprises engaged in the production of plastic hoses. However, the process of hoses shoulder injection of domestic enterprises is only semi-automatic, low efficiency and high labor intensity. In addition, for special hoses or oval tube production, benchmarking procedure, which relies on artificial visual operation, is low precision. The design and development of a new rising and rotary multi-axis intubation and extubation robots and auxiliary equipment hose automatically benchmarked device to solve the contradiction that hoses automatical manufacturing equipment is low level.Two study aspects of the subject are realization of technolgy and theoretical studies research focus and direction as follows:According to the working environment of shoulder injection machine, process of shoulder injection, based on three-dimensional software UG, the structural of a novel rising and rotary multi-axis intubation and extubation robot is designed, and stablly intubated operation of the robot’s fingers is theoretically analyized.On the basis of adopted D-H method to solve the problem of the robot kinematics, Combined with motion simulation software, get the robot stable velocity, displacement curves and dynamic characteristics of mechanical fingers, verifies that it can meet the job requirements.Based on ANSYS workbench the finite element analysis is conducted for the rack and robot support beam. According to the results of static analysis of rack, verify that design of the rack meet requirements for stiffness and strength. In different situations, by the comparative results of analysis of static analysis of robot support beam, structure of the adjusted floor reasonablly is optimized.The completion of a new hose automated production auxiliary equipment-overall design of automatic benchmarking device.Through the above work, completed intubation and extubation robot structure design, analysis and verification, and automatic benchmarking equipment research and development, to achieve the desired effect, achieve hose production automation, improve production efficiency, theoretical research value and practical significance of the project.
