As the city scale expanded,the requirements of customers increase rapidly and continuously.During the adjustment of network structure,the problems are accumulated gradually.These problems will outburst when the business volume grows to a certain level,and this situation will surely affect the user’s experience.Tianshui branch company encounters many problems mentioned above,therefore,it is necessary to reduce interference in the network by analyzing the network structure and reducing the network frequency reuse.Three tenors regulation and traffic analysis could reasonable shunt the traffic,and frequency reuse degree could be optimized through carrier enlarge capacity reduction. By reducing the height antenna hangedand the dip Angle and adjusting azimuth Angle, small area coverage can be optimized and coverageof base station will be more reasonable.By these means, the problem of overlapping of tianshui mobile GSM network can be solved, and theinterference caused by overlapping can be reducedat the same time.The large amount of wireless repeater stations used by Tianshui mobile GSM network can increase the coverage,but they will bring some negative effects such as interference.The adopt of microcells equipment can guarantee the original coverage,while improvinguser’s experience.It is able to clearly grasp the interference index and site specificly of tianshui mobile GSM network as well as the "high configuration, high standing, high repeater station" of the site or area through the network optimization work. With the analysis of the first-hand information and the optimization method this paper studied, the quality of the whole network can be improved,and the user’s experience will be better.
