EPON combines the advantages of Ethernet and PON which makes it one of the most fast developing broadband access mode. Although EPON and 10 G EPON standards was released in 2004 and 2009 respectively, but have not made specific provisions on dynamic bandwidth allocation in both of the standards. In the actual deployment, we must consider interoperability problems on the business caused by DBA, so it has certain research significance.In this paper, it research the influence of the DBA and two-layer scheduling on the services, and then verity the effectiveness of the WRR+SP scheduling in FTTH. The specific work is as follows:Firstly, this thesis introduces the development and current situation of EPON, EPON system architecture and several key technologies, respectively. Followed is studied characteristics of the services and its actualize method in EPON. Services needs to have the QoS security are different, and many measures can be taken to improve it. Then analysis two kinds of DBA algorithsms(IPACT and CPFCT) in-depth and compared. By research and analysis the algorithsms, dicided to adopt two-layer scheduling mechanism, respectively in OLT and ONU. A scheduling algorithsms about WRR+SP is proposed according the characteristics of the actual deployment in FTTH. Finally, build a automatic environment on Robot Framework and run the test case to verify the effectiveness. The result show that the scheduling can allocated bandwidth effective for different services and ensure their QoS.
