This paper analyzes the energy saving routing strategy of mobile sensor network and improves the existing clustering algorithm to design an efficient routing protocol. This paper proposes an Energy-Efficient Clustering Routing Algorithm for Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks(EECR). The strategy elects the cluster head based on residual energy and mobility in the cluster head node selection phase. Therefore, the cluster head has more residual energy and lower mobility and consequently better balances the network energy consumption. At the same time, the strategy adds dynamic slot allocation method to improve the stability of the transmission phase. It marks the leaved node’s time-slot as free slots and allocated to new member nodes. This effectively avoids the network topology changes frequently due to node mobility. The simulation results show that EECR reduce the energy consumption of network and decrease the control overhead. It effectively improves the energy-saving performance of the mobile sensor network.This paper further considers the application of compressed sensing in energy-saving routing to reduce the amount of data transmission in the network. This paper proposes a mobile sensor network routing strategy based on DCS. In this strategy, it combines clustering routing with DCS. Cluster head packed collected data in order to reduce the transmission amount of compression, and then reconstruct the received signal to recover the original information in the base station. The simulation results show that the strategy can improve the efficiency of data transmission in the network at the same time reduce the node energy consumption, improve the survival nodes and enhance the performance of mobile sensor networks.This paper also discusses a kind of energy saving routing strategy management program in the cow pasture. The program puts forward the routing strategy in the network layer of application software module. Combining clustering routing and DCS technology together and in order to realize the energy consumption reduction, achieve the purpose of prolong the network life.
