Evaluation method and technology, as an important means of implementing management and auxiliary decision-making, in the actual management plays a very important role. Digitized evaluation is to make full use of computer aided tools, on the basis of qualitative analysis to join the model and method of quantitative analysis, thus forming a set of evaluation method and technology. Compared with the previous qualitative assessment, digitized evaluation has quick speed, high comprehensive evaluation efficiency and objectivity, etc. These characteristics are very suitable for the current precision management, efficient management, and other aspects of work demand, so the technology research in the field in recent years has been the management of one of the hot issues.With the high-speed development of military technology and progress, all kinds of new type of high-tech weapons, > > > and methods constantly emerging, military strategy and evaluation of military issues have become more and more complex, more and more important, also more and more wide range of aspects. Military developed countries attaches’ great importance to the construction of military comprehensive evaluation system, in this respect into huge human, material and financial resources. And domestic research of military digital evaluation system of the armed police started relatively late, achievements slower, so in armed police armed police military digital assessment system research has important practical significance.This paper describes a set of simple and practical armed paramilitary police military digital evaluation system framework design and part of the module software implementation scheme, and the system module design, will own during the period of graduate studies two main research results- assessment index segmentation technology and evaluate the results of nonlinear compensation technology as a key technology and innovation points in the system application. In addition, through the study of this software system model, the use of relational database technology, network programming technology, and information management technology to the subject of some existing research results into practical application also has carried on the beneficial attempt. The actual software model of this system development and debugging, over a period of time to obtain the basic design, has a good practicability and reliability.
