With the rising of Internet penetration, the development of the Social Networks has been popular trends in modern society, and traditional industries have changed their working patterns. In Social Network, records of frequent intercommunication among individuals, and their languages, behaviors and conditions could be recorded and obtained easier. A large quantity of SNS and behavior patterns data can be supplied and the social recruitment can be promoted in accordance with these records. Based on the SNS data, a multidimensional analysis about the career objective of users are rendered. On the one hand, it provides applicants with a further career planning; on the other hand, it is beneficial for recruiters like HR specialist and headhunters to make a further overall understanding of the potential position candidate, to cut the cost and to reduce the time in the process of social recruiting. On account of these purposes, this thesis includes the following aspects:Firstly, according to the characteristics of Sina Weibo, two ways, which include crawler and weibo open API, can construct a Real-Time Parallel Weibo DAQ Crawler System, and obtain data from weibo users and accomplish a data preprocessing for the text features of weibo.Secondly, career choice and success are significantly influenced by occupational personality. It is an important dimension to analyze career objective. The thesis is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) which is widely used in human resource field, modeling and analyzing users’ occupation personality from four dimensions. To the dataset about weibo users’ occupation personality which has been crawled, two aspects including text features and social features are selected. As for the analysis of the text topic features, the thesis which reflects the potential semantic information of users generates topics by using LDA models. In the final, selected features are performed to be analyzed in relativity. Based on the result, a model of weibo user’s occupation personality can be constructed. Then weibo users’ occupation personality can be predicted.Thirdly, in order to ensure the analysis about the users’ career objective is concrete, it needs multidimensional evaluation to make a detailed characterization, The thesis measures from two aspects of applicants and recruiters and selects five dimensions including job background, professional influence, occupation personality, behavior pattern and working place to analyze, and describes the job intention of users in detailed.Finally, according to requirement of users for practical application, a complete set of system application architecture is designed and established. The system can supply a career objective analysis which focus on user, including data collection, message communication, model analysis, interface service and visible result which on account of distributed clusters. By means of using users’ feedback, making a multidimensional analysis of users’ career objective are proved to be effective.
