Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Government Project

There are a lot of problems such as time-consuming process of examination and approval, a series of manual errors and lacking of the necessary means to control the progress during the process of the traditional management of government projects. Therefore, the managing departments of science and technology are confronted with these problems which involve how to use funds effectively and scientifically, how to make standards for the management of the plans of scientific research and improve the effect of making use of funds and how to improve work efficiency and provide the necessary information in time and accurately for the project management.There are some practical significance and application value for the real-time accessing the project information and improving the work efficiency.This article discusses the needs analysis of project management system and put forward the key to the design and realization of this system that is based on information office of Tianjin project management system according to the features, actual usage and analysis of the mainstream project management at home and abroad. According to the need analysis of key modules of projectmanagement system such as the first instance of project,the project examination and approval as well as project acceptance,this paper uses the UML to design modeling and presents a series of models such as case model, login activity diagram,application sequence diagram,business and management department under the purview of different collaboration diagrams and then designs for the system’s functionality and the structure of database,finally succeeds in realization of this project process;System using the MVC design pattern sets up the type of operation via the operation of the view layer control and transmitting data of the control layer.In addition,this paper also makes a depth study of key technologies such as Cooperative processing and approval of projects for the different users,user Access Control security mechanisms as well as concurrency control and presents specific solutions,finally,succeeds in real-time assessing the project progress,context and quality control and then makes a convenience for the leaders to facilitate the query analysis and project control.This system which succeeds in the realization of the project application, approval, implementation, monitoring well supports the management of the project progress,quality control,management and decision-making via the data which are acquired and analyzed timely.The current system has been put into operation,which greatly improves the efficiency of project management.
