Design And Implementation Of The Financial Statements Management Module In The China Railway Erju Information Management System

With the development of information technology, informationization of the financial management is very important for each management personnel of the enterprise. SQL Server 2005 is used as the background database, and the software development is based on B/S structure mode. UML technology is used for the model construction of the system software. The system design is very clear and logical, following the easy operation, friendly interface, security, maintainability etc.The financial management information system of China Railway Erju uses the technology of B/S three-decker frame. First of all, it possesses the functions such as manage staffs, demand of users, report printings, statement summarizing and so on under the B/S pattern; then using MVC pattern frame to realize the complete picture with integrating diverse of management information system operation, management and control to make the system respond comprehensively for the enterprise arrangement of management passion. The classification method is function pattern of this system can divide into several parts, it can be divided into dictionary, control, control and manage of data. Finally designing the management of financial printings for the management information system of China Railway Erju, and with integrating the process, data and pattern, founding a series of information system that can promote the efficiency and make the development in order, which can also provides a comprehensive information system the integrity of the financial accounting.The main contents of this dissertation is surrounding the SE. Introducing the process of demand and analysis, preliminary design and some detailed design process, codes. Demand analysis of the financial management information system of China Railway Erju in order. When it is under the demand and analysis step, with the foundation of the total demand for the system, analysis of function patterns, using the way of illustration and flow diagram accomplish the analysis of the demand. Under the preliminary design and detailed design steps, it gradually realizes the decomposition and design of the system function with the foundation of the general design of the system. And it with the help of class diagram, sequence chart and so on. Mean while at this step the detail design process and result of the data for the system will come out. Under the realizing and test steps, under the foundation of finishing different kinds of code patterns then can finish the function and property test of the system. At the surface of the test structure, the design of this system should achieve the requirement for the system, and it also has to satisfy the foundation of this system.
