With the continuous progress of human society, the human implantable device has been widely developed and applied, which also will promote the development of implantable medical electronic devices. In China, there are around one million heart patients need to be surgically implanted implantable cardiac assist device to help the heart work properly. After implantation of miniature medical devices, people do not want to be constantly surgery to replace the battery of implantable medical device, which requires the use of non-contact power transmission technology, that is, the wireless power transmission technology.Wireless power transmission(WPT) technology is the advanced technology in the field of current transmission, represents the most cutting-edge technology theory and the most innovative creative theoretical ideas, compared with the wired mode, with more flexibility and greater security. Compared with wired transmission mode, WPT has more flexibility and higher security. As an important part and the key unit of the WPT system, power transmission coil is crucial for wireless energy transfer. In order to meet the characteristics of small size for implantable medical devices, the printed circuit board (PCB) coils have become mainstream media to realize wireless power transfer for miniature medical electronic devices. In this paper, variety of three-layer PCB coils are designed? three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to realize the modeling, simulation and analysis. Through simulation and experimental measurements of the resonant frequency, quality factor and other electrical parameters of a single coil PCB,I select some of the most suitable wireless power transmission coil for human implantable medical device. On this basis, WPT experimental device is erected. This paper simulats and analysises the energy transfer efficiency and stability of the energy transfer system. Simulation results show that the selected PCB coil can be used as wireless energy transmission coils for body implantable medical devices, which transmission efficiency is 59.59% at a distance of 5mm, and the system efficiency is affected greatest when the receive coil is rotated about a horizontal axis side.
