Introduces main function and software architecture of Internet public opinion analysis system, and feature of effectiveness testing. Analysis and research of effectiveness test theories, such as testing standards, testing methods, testing process.2. Internet Public Opinion in traditional testing is mainly through the pure artificial way to generate test cases. The traditional method is time-consuming and highly subjective. This paper presents a "preliminary automatically generate test cases" + " manual correction test cases" two steps strategy. Compared with the traditional method, this approach not only greatly shortens the time, and ensure the accuracy of test case.3. Design of the overall framework of effectiveness testing system of Internet Public Opinion, formulate testing process for the testing system based on effectiveness theory. According to above research to draw up effectiveness testing indicators for testing system. This system is mainly composed of the user interface, data management subsystem, test case generation subsystem, test execution subsystem and test analysis subsystem. Design each subsystem’s modules’ functions and logical relationships between each other.4. Designed to achieve effectiveness testing system of Internet Public Opinion. Implemented within each subsystem module in detail. Test case subsystem mainly includes web scraping, information extraction, text labeling, topics finding and text cases correction. Test execution subsystem is composed of test configuration and Test command parsing. Analysis and evaluate of test data based on testing standards, and finally generate test report.On the basis of existing testing theory and Internet public opinion processing technology. The effectiveness test indicators first proposed on Internet public opinion and base on this thesis to test effectiveness of Internet public opinion.
