Along with the country and the enterprise paying more attention to the informatization construction, the level of our national informatization have got a remarkable improvement. But we encountered many bottleneck problems during the progress of informatization, such as low automationlevel of the based-equipment, low universality of the basic software, and so on. For example, in the cloth inspection process of the textile industry, the information such as roll length, faults mark, tag, roll list, and so on, all those things were done by the inspector manually. This traditional method is very easy lead to errors, as well as with low efficiency. The more important thing is, we can’t make the inspect information keep pace with the ERP system in real time. And we can’t summarize all the inspect information in time, also can’t track and analyze the data in real time. During recent years, some enterprises try to combine computer technology, network and sensor technology together, to develop textile inspection software during inspection process.XXXX company is a listed textile enterprises, Its construction began in 2003, so far, has established a relatively complete ERP system, realized the data through the web service platform for real-time to release to the downstream customer. At the same time, XXXX company also have urgent data demand on the upstream suppliers, especially the demand of hope: fabric supplier in each volume cloth is affixed identity code, and in the delivery, could provide electronic data of each roll of cloth. But these upstream suppliers have no on-line cloth inspection system, and cannot provide the electronic data. Fabric inspection system developed by XXXX company has been running for many years, so XXXX company should have this basic of the software development, but taking into account the supplier in the information systems are not the same, some vendors even have no information system, if we design the fabric inspection soft system for each supplier, the work quantity,the cycle,the cost is all huge. It is in this context, the general fabric inspection software development project has been put on the agenda.In this thesis, based on the cloth inspection software of XXXX company, mainly through the following steps to complete the design and development of general cloth inspection software.(1) Through analysising the requirements of the general software, the general software is divided into universal interface demand and the demand of soft front platform.The general interface part adopts platform docking mode.(2) According to the general principles of system design, the system use the mixed mode, web service framework and C/S framework. And the system is divided into two subsystems: general interface subsystem, general front platform subsystem.(3) Then complete the design and implementation of the system, by using database technology, net technology, web service technology.(4) Through unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure that the software does not deviate from the design target of the system.At present, the system has been run successfully in the two companies, practices have proven, the development of general fabric inspection software can less the difficulty of software system, short the period to process the software, less the investment of the software project, absolutely will be helpful for improvement of informatization level for textiles inspection aspect. And of course has an extremely broad application prospect.
