With the purpose of satisfying the current situation, we need to adjust the development direction to networking optimization, in which thousands of persons had tried many networking optimization methods. But with the improvement in networking optimization we can really improve the telecom communication system and make it much better than now.Some conventional TD-SCDMA network optimizing implementation only pay attention to the realization of network optimization process. Although the implementation can be contributable to telecom corporations, at the same time they still need to be revised to optimize the network in order to conform the practical environment. The network engineers must also choose the best methods and techniques in standard way, which they are not able to find out and get the best result with lack of efforts. So we must take it into consideration that if we want to get an integrated network optimization environment which can be used to hold modern telecom communication network, we must research on the optimization process.With the support of GIS techniques and cooperation of network optimization engineers, the purposes of TD-SCDMA integrated network optimization platform to research the integration and automation of network optimization implementation. The platform would solve the single functional problem of the traditional network optimization implementation, and provide efficient and effective ways for wireless network resource management, analysis and optimization.This paper analyzes the design and implementation of the TD-SCDMA integrated network optimization platform, and some of the core technologies were introduced.
