As to the time of long ago data processing more difficult, so the prison management system is very necessary, can standardize the prison management, system and procedure, improve the speed and accuracy of information processing, to timely, accurate, efficient information query and modify the prisoners.This thesis introduces the demand analysis of the prison management system, including user needs, functional requirements and non functional requirements, and use case diagram and use case constraint image to describe the function of the operator; WEB, using C/S framework and B/S framework based on flow, according to the relevant case management general legal process and case processing standard, the system framework and basic functions of the system are designed, the system design includes three parts, the system function modules, business process design and database design, using hierarchical block diagram of each module can be hierarchical representation module in the power system, use timing diagram to describe the business process module, in the database design, use E-R diagram to describe the conceptual structure, and introduces the logical structure design and physical structure design; the use of ASP development tools, using SQL Server 2000 as the background database management system, realizes the staff management, file management, mail management, prison staff management and other functions, shows the program flow chart, system interface and the core code; by using the method of black box testing, the main modules of the system are tested, test results show that, the design module meet the specification of the software requirementsThe paperless system realizes the prison office and data storage, system and information, the prison management system be arranged in good order, more professional, planning, human material consumption reduction.
