Design And Implementation The Tourism Information Service Application Software Based On The Android System

In recent years, with the explosive growth of the number of mobile phone users in China, the number of the mobile phone user has been far more than fixed telephone subscribers. Owing to its mobility feature, mobile phone exhibits innate advantages in the applications of navigation and location. Therefore, mobile phone could combines mobile phone service with map navigation together for mobile phone user service.The research and development of the online mobile phone map service of navigation system promote the rapid development of the communication technology, network technology, computer science technology and space information technology. Moreover, with the solving of a variety of technical difficulties, the mobile phones with Android system are quite popular among the masses. Even though these technologies can be widely diffused and applied, there is still space for improving on some functions and performances, especially on personal tourism map information.Based on these advantages and shortcomings above, a travel information service software is designed based on Android system. First, global positioning system signals are read through the Android system by employing the application program; Second, interactive communication is implemented with mobile service system running in the wireless carrier’s network back-end, and then get information guidelines of maps and scenic spot; Lastly, real-time navigation and travel information services are provided to users. Mobile mapping service system consists of a variety of module to meet the user’s preferences and characteristics of mobile telephone apparatus.The main content of this thesis includes the following five parts:1. Based on the mobile Internet technology and mobile Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to create a map layers of the tourist information service applications software, according to the Satellite Global Position System (GPS) system so that the system can generate a map in real time according to the location of the user;2. The front-end functionality of the application software is achieved based on Android phones. combined with My SQL database technology, which enables users to access, complete travel information acquisition system in Android phones and background data;3. Complete the system’s personalized service work by geographic data processing technology and improve its personalization degree, making it suitable for different users;4. In order to improve the efficency in generating the map, coordinate transformation algorithm and related softwares are adopted for spatial data processing.;5. The evaluation function for the scenic and spots are achieved in the application software, which provides convenience for the subsequent tourists who use this software.The travel information service software based on Android system occupies a good market usage, because it owns a series of excellent traits, such as full function, compact and easy to carry, real-time data update and personalized service model.
