The Study Of The Impact Of Ground Clutter Reflections On Passive Radar Direction-finding

This research constructed radar signal polarization characteristic test system with standard instrument, solved the complicated technology problems such as the polarization characteristic of radar signal in external field and the fluctuation property of phase front normal direction error, which are difficult to test, and concluded a set of method to test the characteristic of radar signal after clutter reflection in external field.The research measured the signal characteristic of radar signal after clutter reflection, which accumulated actual data for the research on the direction finding error formation mechanism of passive direction finding system, paved the way for the research on the influence mechanism of radar clutter reflection on direction finding error of passive direction finding equipment, and provided very significant reference and guidance for the research and development of passive direction finding equipment as well as how to restrain multipath interference so as to improve the angular accuracy and the practical application of anti-radiation weapon.Under the condition of field experiment, the technology of making use of standard instrument to test the polarization characteristic of radar signal after clutter reflection and the fluctuation property of phase front normal direction error is innovative.
