| The archives management of university students is an important part of college archives management, student records management already cannot adapt to the development of the traditional education system reform. With the development of information technology and mature, especially in recent years the domestic software industry is developing rapidly, the major colleges and universities are concentrated on the management of students’archives to digital management. Through digital management can greatly improve the accuracy of the archives management, improve the query efficiency.Agile development methods is used in this thesis, and J2EE platform is used to analysis, design and develop the system. The modeling of the system by using UML in the analysis phase; the system core entity is designed using object oriented ideas in the design stage; using the prototype tool first has carried on the system design in the development stage, and then use the typical MVC framework Struts and DWR, EXT interface to display the tool and persistence tool Hibernate for the realization of system, finally by testing the system show that the system reached the expected goal.System is mainly to achieve the basic information of students’archives management and archives management of change. On the basis of the functions were developed, including course management and test management module two. Course management module mainly realizes the online course, online attendance and multimedia document learning. Examination management module mainly realizes the online question bank maintenance, online testing, online marking and thesis printing.
