With the rapid development of the information technology, the Internet has increasingly become the best carrier for information collection and transmission. And the Internet has permeated into the field of traditional circulation. With the overwhelmed advantages, the Internet has made a revolution on the traditional media industry and the traditional trade field, which are developing very quickly in recent years. In the electronic commerce field in China, it is a sun-rising industry. With the Internet, people can establish new more sales channels, timely adjustment the product structure, create open source information portal. These ways have become effective solutions to solve the circulation problems.The main applicable target user of the mobile phone electronic mall system is the small and medium-sized mobile phone business enterprises. There are many problems in such enterprises such as market information communication difficulties, commodity structure adjustment retard and publication channels shortage, etc. The construction of electronic shopping mall system can not only help enterprises timely adjust the mobile phone product structure and open the sales information portal, but also become the effective solution for trade information sluggish. The system mainly includes the modules of foreground management and background management. The foreground management module is for the guest buyers and the registered buyers. The main function systems include user management, product browsing, shopping cart management and message board. The background management module is mainly for the system administrator. Its main function includes commodity management, commodity classification management, order management, message management and system management.According to the characteristics of mobile phone user and consumer, we use the Java language as the foreground application development program, and use the UML unified modeling language to analysis and design the system. The framework of Struts2 technology combined with JSP technology is used. The software is based on B/S mode structure. The system development environment is MyEclipse. The background database is MySQL5, and Tomcat is selected as the WEB application server. Using the Sturst2.1 framework as the software architecture of the system, it is not only beneficial to the system design and coding, future function expansion and the rapid system maintenance, but also beneficial to improve the system’s maintainability and expandability.
