Design And Implementation Of Document Circulation System In Chenghua District Of Chengdu

Since the 1990 s, many enterprises have joined the ranks of information technology, and introduced the concept of office automation into the daily work. Office automation was relative lag in the field of document management, only a few years ago, realized common implementation of electronic document, and identification of electronic official documents on law level legal effect. Electronic documents can bring convenience to transport and archive documents, but because the non-physical characteristics of electronic documents, tamper-proof and content security of electronic documents will be a big problem in document processing.The topic studied Chengdu Chenghua District document circulation process, and combined with the theory and method the author learned in software engineering courses, to the automate information transformation of the Chenghua District document circulation way. In the Chenghua District document circulation system of this issue, the author first conducted interviews and investigation with district document circulation, then according to the system requirements and implementation of information systems conducted on the subject system design, then collected the system requirements, finally, realized the system using JAVA language, J2 EE platform and Oracle database.This topic mainly carried on detailed introduction about the design and implementation of Chenghua District, Chengdu, document circulation system based on Java EE technology, through the construction of the system, achieved document electronic and paperless of Chenghua District, Chengdu, document circulation, not only improve the transmission speed and transmission efficiency, but also for the security of transmitted documents provide a guarantee.The main work is as follows:1.The author explored the research background and significance of the Chenghua District document circulation system,analyzed in comparison based on the research situation on this topic at home and abroad.2. Studied the relevant technology of the system, including system of B/S architecture, J2 EE technology and other related technologies used in the development of system.3. Studied the system requirements analysis, through interviews with the department director and ordinary clerk to complete the system demand analysis work, these needs were collated and summarized, and at the same time manifested by way of use case diagram.4. On the system overall design and detailed design, including the design of the system architecture and function module design, among them, the function module design adopted the way of sequence chart.5. Realized the system, and the system was coded implementation using Java language, completed in MyEclipse7.0 development platform.After the system implementation, it was deployed in a real network environment, by testing the system ran well and met the actual needs of users.
