Design And Implementation Of Aviation Enterprise Financial Budget Management System

Budget is an action plan of enterprises manufacturing activities.It helps to plan and coordinate the various activities, in order to achieve the strategic target made out the co rresponding countermeasure research as well as develop standards for performance asse ssment. In the modern large-scale enterprises, the accounting department will provide a lot of data for management. Faced with such a flood of information, in order to satisfy t he need for efficient management, financial budget management automation is a modern enterprise management foundation and prerequisite.This thesis regards Guizhou Airlines Company Limited financial budget managem ent system development for the specific context. The analysis,design,implementation an d testing of aviation enterprise financial budget management system were completed, us ing software engineering as well as object-oriented analysis and design methods. The main function of system was divided into system setting, budgeting, budget execution and monitoring, budget adjustments, budget analysis and budget reports. In the requirement analysis phase, from three aspects to complete the system feasibility analysis, described the system demand and the business flow chart, gave system function non-functional requirements analysis. In the system overall design phase, mainly gave the system function diagram, the main functional modules design of the system, and gave the database design of the system. In the system detailed design stage, gave the class diagram of the functional modules, sequence diagrams and process flow chart. In the system implementation phase, gave the interface system operating environment, the system, the client code and description. In the system testing phase, gave the system test environment, system test objectives, system test cases and system function test. Finally, gave the conclusion and Prospect.The thesis using Visual Studio 2010 development platform, combined with softwar e engineering knowledge learned in school and technical analysis of the relational datab ase designed a simple, efficient and practical aviation enterprise financial budget manag ement system.
