Data Mining Research And Application Of Technology In The Health Care Field

With the continual development of data mining technology, the research and application of data mining have penetrated different industries and obtain different characteristics in each field involved. In the field of medical insurance, it is important to probe into the questions of how to maintain balance between revenue and expenditure of insurance fund and how to conduct effective supervision over the fund so as to insure safe operation of insurance fund. When applying data mining in medical insurance in order to supervise fund operation and provide assistance in decision-making, the key lies in mining and analyzing medical insurance data.Data mining refers to find useful information from mass data. The informatization of medical insurance has collected and stored mass medical insurance data over the years, which helps to form a comparatively complete data warehouse and thus provides sound foundation for the application of data mining. The effective application of data mining in medical insurance can help to solve problems, discover potential information, insure safe operation of insurance fund and prevent risks, which contributes to the perfection of modern insurance fund operation system.In this thesis, the author firstly lists possible scenarios in medical insurance where data mining can be applied. Then, the special characteristics of medical insurance data are concluded and special fields where data mining can be applied, such as medical insurance customer relation management and pattern mining, are analyzed. Later, the question of constant fraud behavior detection in medical insurance is raised based on business requirements in medical insurance. After an in-depth study of the above motioned question, the author puts forward a data mining algorithm for constant fraud behavior and verifies its effectiveness in real practice by experiment.In the end, the author introduces the design and implement of specific mining tools for medical insurance data, which have been applied in risk prevention platform of medical insurance center. The specific mining tools for medical insurance data boast advantages of high visualization, easy operation system and good pertinence.
