For BST-6 type seeder test-bed application software visual testing system is developed based on VC++ seed flow visual detection software.It includes interface,seed flow monitoring window,menu bar,list box,seed flow statistical analysis,etc.To detect seed flow presents miss seed drilling,Single seed drilling,two seeds drilling,three seeds drilling etc.The coordinate model on machine vision was established based on producing mechanism of the serial images.The statistical model was established based on producing mechanism of the hill-drop drilling stream.The recognition methods of expected hill centroid,expected hill spacing and seeds per hill were created by using statistics.And then timing samples of seeds per hill were gotThe frequency distribution of seeds per hill was made from its corrected timing samples.Found on that three indexs of miss.quality of feed and multiple were accounted.Absolute error and relative error drawn a comparison between artificial detecting and VC++software detection were calculated.The ANOVA about seed types,deed mechanism rotating speed and detecting method was performed.The results indicated that:(1) Comparing the VC software detection to artificial means at 24 detected results that absolute error of miss seed index,quality of feed index and multiple index were 0~4.084 at 22 points.were 7.638,7.938 at 2 points,and relative error were 0%-6.35% at 15 point,were 7.52%-11.79% at 6 point,were 14.81%~22.09% at 3 point,Ignored the small probability results, VC software detection and artificial measuring were high consistent.(2)The significance tests results shown that P value of ANOVA model were reached 0.0002,0.0001,less than 0.0001. that R square was reached 0.915497-0.979339,In P values of seed type effect and mechanism rotating speed effect less than 0.0008 instance that P values of detecting method effect were still reached 0.2086,0.8051,0.7401,which expalained that there were no significance difference between the VC software detection and artificial measuring.In summary,Based on VC++ visual detection of seed flow software development fitted better to hill-drop drilling feed and single seed drilling feed,and the software development to improve the efficiency of planting automated analysis and real-time processing also has a certain significance.
