Since the 1990 s the advent of the Internet in China, was established in 2014 to China’s network security and information technology group, China’s network of public opinion through the maturing process of development, from 2005 began to focus on the academic network of public opinion, by 2014, public opinion research on the Internet is through the development of three stages, namely the exploratory stage, stage of the outbreak as well as the stabilization phase, research from the initial conceptual study to the later practice case studies. Internet public opinion in China began to gradually move toward standardization and mature, but because China is currently in transition, social contradictions still exist, various discordant elements still lurking, so the network of public opinion still needs to be sufficient attention.As users of the network participants in the network of public opinion will have a different mentality change, and change its decision to change the mentality of their behavior, this paper attempts to explore the impact of network users mind public opinion, from the users of the main factors, seek a new way to deal with the network of public opinion.In research methods, firstly by the relevant research in order, it was carried out to define the scope and conceptual development stage summarized in three Internet users mentality and the mentality of the network of public opinion and influencing factors, and into the mentality of Internet users Participation mentality, the mentality of entertainment and catharsis mentality, combined with its behavior characterized, that the amount of attention, as the transfer amount and the amount of data to support a review, to explore the role of the mentality of Internet users in the network of public opinion processes.
