| The discus theory and wind tunnel test, can get the discus speed and attitude angle and throwing distance relationship. However, the discus attitude angle and speed measurement is still a technical problem. Due to measurement discus velocity and attitude angle instrument not only to meet the requirements of range and accuracy, but also have higher impact; traditional measuring device (gyroscope) cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, this paper intends to study a new attitude angle and rotational speed sensor to measurement of discus flight speed and attitude angle.Firstly of gyroscope free strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) the measuring principle of the system is analyzed; then, based on the discus flight process in the specific measurement requirements, the accelerometer and magnetic sensor in the discus internal installation plan, and has carried on the analysis to the scheme under the discus speed and attitude angle measuring principle; finally, the use of MATLAB/Simulink module of the scheme of the simulation analysis, the scheme of attitude angle and speed error is obtained.Secondly, the overall hardware configuration scheme of attitude angle and rotating speed sensor is proposed. The hardware design mainly includes power module, micro inertial measurement unit, signal conditioning circuit, A/D conversion module, FPGA and peripheral circuit, DSP and peripheral circuit and memory system. The key modules of the hardware circuit are simulated and analyzed by using Multisim software. The simulation results show that the hardware circuit meets the requirements. In addition, the hardware system test platform is built, and the data are compared with the theoretical data, which verifies the feasibility of the hardware system.Finally, in the design of the hardware platform, using FPGA as a co processor to complete the micro inertial measurement unit in the multi-channel sensor signal synchronous acquisition and caching, and simulation. In order to make the DSP coordinate with the peripheral, the DSP initialization design is carried out. A low pass filter is designed by using MATLAB and DSP, which is proved to achieve the desired filtering effect. The speed and attitude angle calculation of the DSP software program is designed.In this paper, the design of the attitude angle and rotational speed sensor, not only to achieve the requirements of discus flight attitude angle and speed range and accuracy, and the installation is convenient, the cost is low. |
