As the competition of passenger transport market and the quality requirement of passenger travel become more and more tempestuous, it is pressing for railway departments to provide faster, more convenient and more comfortable service to passengers so as to improve competition and satisfy market requirement. Recently, with the rapid development of high speed railway and the extender scale of railway network, large scale-node transportation mode has been gradually formed, which provide more choices for passengers. So, how to come up with suitable travel plans due to various requirements and show them to passengers as soon as possible is an important problem.Currently, some passenger transport service products represented by "railway12306" cannot meet people’s multiple requirements, because they just provide simple direct query and segmental query that the intermediate node needs specifying, as well as travel planning service based on the Web. These days, the development of mobile internet has brought a lot of opportunities for revolution of traditional enterprise, and mobile terminal equipment is the best channel for enterprise facing and contacting users. In this background, combining railway enterprise and passenger requirement, this thesis will study the railway travel planning method and key technology based on mobile device. Concrete contents are shown as following:(1) Based on railway timetable information, this thesis proposes a method to build the passenger travel service network. On this basis, this thesis also solves path search problems under non-pretreatment local interchange condition, as well as path search problems with unspecified interchange, which aims to get the candidate set which satisfies spatial accessibility and time feasibility;(2) Faced with too many feasible solutions, this thesis put forward two methods to get optimized plan. One is to propose a general travel route optimization model on the basis of user’s preference, whose targets include travel distance, travel time and travel fares; the other is to optimize and rank by predicting the click rate of plans through analysis of users’clicking behaviors, which bases on user online behavior mining;(3) This thesis puts forward key technologies of railway travel planning system implementation, general design of the system. And taking Android platform as an example to do the experiment, the author verifies travel planning method and key technology proposed by this thesis.
