With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, High-speed Rail passengers put forward higher requirements for high-speed railway passenger service. High-speed train catering service as an important part of high-speed train passenger service, its artificial service catering mode should be improved. Establishing computer catering system which adapts High-speed Rail passenger travel needs has important significance to improve catering service quality and catering work efficiency. This paper discusses the construction of high-speed train catering information system. Main research contents are as follows:(1) Optimized high-speed train catering business model and work process. Base on the impact of high-speed railway operation scheme of catering operations, analyze feasible railway catering business model scheme. Proposed introducing regional specialization railway catering enterprises jointly operated food base, simplify the catering process by catering bases-high-speed railway stations-high-speed trains work process sequence.(2) Developed high-speed train catering scheduling project. Build up the catering scheduling model, with optimal total cost food quality and system cost as the goal and train station demand and supply capacity as constraint. Developed multi ant colony algorithm from basic ant colony algorithm to solve catering scheduling model which selects catering station along railway and generate train and station basic dispatching plan.(3) Design and implement high-speed train catering information system. According to the optimized catering business model and working process, analyze information requirement of the catering staff units and design catering information system logical architecture and catering dispatching plan, adjustment, distribution management, and quality management functions. By using.Net technology realize the catering information system which able to have adjusted scheduling plan and distribution station distribution task via human-computer interaction.(4) Take the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway as the case, to calculate the catering station locations in Beijing Shanghai line and catering planning, and then analyze the case result.Based on the key technology of catering planning the high-speed train catering information system can provide reliable decision support platform for high-speed train catering operations, basically meet the needs of high speed train catering operation.
