Porcelain Merchant’s "Defense":the Analysis Of The Discourse Fild Centered On Property Right At Wen Ming Street

In this paper, I take a group of people as research object who are forced to move out Wen Ming Street. From the beginning of this century, the "protective construction" project was planed and implemented at Wen Ming Street.As apart of the project,the original neighborhood residents were required to relocate.My research object,porcelain merchants, have experienced the changes in Wen Ming Street since the War of Resistance against Japan. They are a part of the history and culture of Wen Ming Street. Facing the remove led by government and carried out by the property developer, porcelain merchants make use of their limited resources of discourse to resist in a relatively unfavorable position.so I call them the deportees.Besides,through.the analysis of "the defense" in legal, policy and media discourse space,this article also discusses the operational logic and meaning of the discourse events in Wen Ming Street.
