As the two key technologies of IOT, RFID technology and WSN have gained widely attention recently combining both their advantages and disadvantages, the fusion of them has the research value and broad application prospects. At the same time the fusion network node deployment is also one of the important subject. This paper proposes a system of RFID and WSN fusion model based on context awareness, PSO and its improved algorithm is used to establish the appropriate network deployment model for the optimization of network node deployment based on the RFID and WSN fusion model. In this paper, main work is as follows:First. This paper puts forward a RFID and WSN fusion model based on context awareness, the model has three layer model structure composed of ST (Sensor-Tag) node-RR (Reader-Relay) node-base station based on context awareness. Architecture and functions implementation of fusion model are analyzed, the algorithm structure of information collection layer, information filtering layer and information analysis layer is listed, and showing a practical example to Analysis.Second. Selecting the appropriate model of network node deployment. The model of network node deployment is based on RFED-WSN fusion model, the problem of covering, the problem of interference and the problem of load balancing are considered to be the important factors of performance index function.At last. This paper puts forward a collaborative algorithm of ICPSO-DEPSO, ICPSO and DEPSO optimal values are fused at the time of operation, the network node deployment is working based on the fusion model of network node deployment model. The algorithm is tested by test function and simulated of node deployment, getting the simulation results. After the comparison of fitness function diagram, network node distribution diagram and the statistical data get the result that the improved particle swarm algorithm (ICPSO, DEPSO, ICPSO-DEPSO) can achieve the effect of improvement based on the deployment model, and ICPSO-DEPSO can get the best performance.
