Construction of B / S structure of the Web system has become a new direction of development in the field of Web development. Because of its scalability, ease of use of the advantages, it has become a hot spot selected applications now.In this paper B/S structure technology transfer information service platform based on Web application project. According to the technical requirements of the modern enterprise information needs, solve the information technology transfer platform management and maintenance problems, designed to realize access control, role type setting function.In this paper, using the framework of SSH model, the system described in detail how to use B/S structure, stable and efficient operation of the system platform, and set up multiple permissions and multiple roles, in order to facilitate the distribution of a large number of different permissions to upload and download operation. Especially this system also based on current most popular Ajax technology, provides a strong interactive service for Web application system, so that users can get more information on the service safety and health resources in the network environment.
