The Agile Development Of Telecom Operation And Maintenance Of Client System

The agile software developing management method is not a concept now. There has been a series of realistic and excisable management implement method concluded within the process of implementing agile management during software developing.Based on the current domestic and overseas context, the author as raised in this thesis two key issues with solutions, which need to be addressed in the agile software development process: First, it’s important to enhance the operability of detailed methods during agile software development process, and ensure the relevant software developing and management people are able to effectively conduct agile management practice within the project. The other is, it’s even the same important to not only focus on the technical management during software development, but also carry out the principle of the agile software developing management method throughout the whole process of telecom operation and development practices for maintaining client database; so that we could integrate in a organic whole the technology application, technology management, process management, quality management, people management and other management.This thesis is based on the development of telecom operation and maintenance of client system, and emphasized the importance to carry out "Care for people" principle into the agile development practice, apply the scene mode,so that the agile software developing management method is characterized and manifests its effectiveness, which make it becomes a management method for the whole process. The author also outlined the development strategy essentials of each stage of the agile software developing management method. And the author designed accordingly a manageable software development cycle, furthermore, completed theoretical analysis for each stage of the cycle from the different aspects including demand management, project planning, iterative partitioning, task allocation, design and implementation, tracking and user acceptance testing and so on.
