A large variety of applications (app) emerge in the market, but the management programs of these applications is rare. Currently, there are many applications using the energy of smartphone in a low effective way, even some of them cost most of energy on some meaningless parts for users. Malicious software is increasing, now they consume mobile energy greatly, shorten the phone run life cycle, and rob the personal information. But people don’t know what their applications had done by using their smartphones. They don’t have an efficient evaluating mechanism to value their apps, and help them to manage their applications.In this paper, we propose an abnormal detection of energy consumption for Android system. And we design an application manager, an application using at smartphone, for Android system. It can calculate the energy consumption of each app, know how many function-call in your apps and their behaviors. The whole system is can divided into an application and a terminal. At this application, we can do some basic operations for each app, collecting the using messages for terminal to find abnormal programs. At terminal, this system will use these messages collecting from customers to calculating the result of performances of each app, then feedback the result to customers by the application. In this part, using the fuzzy C-average clustering algorithm and AbnDroid, this paper proposed, we can know the activity of each application and give them an evaluation by synthetic analyzing their energy, RAM, CPU rate, intent using and permission using. According to these experiments, we test and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of these methods. Experiments show that the method can make effective judgment by performance of each application in smartphones. It is advantageous to stable operation of the smart devices.
