With the rapid development of radio technology,the demand for radio spectrum resources has intensified.As the radio spectrum is not inexhaustible,it is a very limited natural resource.Moreover,all radio services occupy spectrum resources,making radio spectrum resources very scarce.In order to effectively monitor and manage radio spectrum resources,research on various spectrum monitoring technologies is essential.Spectrum monitoring is the basis of spectrum management,and spectrum sensing is the backbone of spectrum monitoring.Only when the occupancy of the frequency band signal is mastered can the spectrum resources be properly integrated and distributed.Therefore,this paper focuses on the spectrum sensing algorithm based on energy detection,which can better sense the signal in the frequency band without any prior knowledge.When the radio signal is affected by noise during transmission,distortion will occur.When the receiving end receives an abnormal authorization signal,it will affect the transmission of information.Therefore,it is necessary to timely monitor whether the signal is abnormal and feedback to the monitoring department for maintenance.In this paper,the anomaly detection algorithm for the authorization signal is studied for the FM broadcast signal.In order to detect the outlier of the FM broadcast signals,which is without of anomaly labeling,we extract key features from the authorization signal,and construct a multi-dimensional Gaussian distribution model to acquire the criteria for anomaly detection.So the FM broadcast signals are got labeled,and the popular supervised anomaly detection algorithm is used to construct the FM broadcast signal anomaly detection model.Finally,the model with the best performance is selected for the authorization FM broadcast signal anomaly detection task.This paper also studies the development of spectrum monitoring systems at home and abroad,summarizes the existing problems of the domestic spectrum monitoring system,designs and builds more relevant modules to enrich the existing radio spectrum monitoring system,the spectrum sensing algorithm and the radio signal abnormal state detection algorithm are applied to the corresponding modules to monitor and manage the radio spectrum more effectively.Moreover,a designed database supporting is building for the monitoring system.
