Design And Implementation Of WLAN Network Structure For A Bank

In the process of the development in online banking business, wireless networking structure has become the effective supplement for wired Ethernet. With the deployment of WLAN in the whole bank, a great quantity of mobile terminal devices, which are easily shifted, inserted, displayed and marketed, will be connected to the internet in order to improve the office stuff’s working efficiency so that official business can be handled anytime and anywhere. Furthermore, a new supporting platform which is provided from the WLAN for the bank business is required for new branch network points which are launched gradually with the transformation of bank business so that the brand image will be enhanced.Aiming at the hot spots of demand for a bank, standard development of WLAN and construction of network architecture will be analyzed in this thesis, and the key technology of WLAN will be discussed deeply. Meanwhile an efficient and safe WLAN plan will be given according to the digital character being as intensive and the feature of time value, both being the intrinsic characters of the bank branch. In this plan, a centralized network structure together with a forwarding centralized WLAN deployment mode will be adopted in order to gain the manageability of WLAN network. Focusing on the analysis of safety demand of bank branch, thePEAP-MSCHAPv2 protocol based on the standard of IEEE802.1X/EAP has been adopted in the accreditation standard when accessing to the network plan. AES-CCMP standard is employed in the data encryption and standard in order to check the completeness of data. Combing with some specific demands from the network construction of a bank, the deployment of wireless network will be implemented successively and at the mean time its utilization method of configuration will be given.
